The user is responsible for verifying the terms of each offer directly with the hotel partner. Couponshotels does not guarantee room availability, the accuracy of displayed prices, or the applicability of promotional codes outside the period specified by the partner.
The platform is not liable for any discrepancies between the published offer and the actual one, for pricing errors, or for changes to accommodation conditions made by hotels. Any dispute related to the stay is resolved directly between the user and the accommodation unit.
The content of the site (texts, logo, interface) is the property of Couponshotels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without the written consent of the administrators. Partner offers and images remain under the license of their respective providers.
We reserve the right to periodically update these terms. Users will be informed via a notice on the site 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Couponshotels may suspend or deactivate the account of any user who violates the terms, uses scraping bots, or distributes false content. In the event of termination, personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
