The purpose is to eliminate any ambiguity related to the application of discounts, validity periods, and the responsibilities of the parties involved.

1. Definition of Offers and Discounts

The offers displayed on the platform are provided directly by hotel partners and may include percentage discounts, special packages, or promotional codes. Each offer is accompanied by its specific terms, such as validity period, minimum number of nights, and cancellation conditions.

  • The 40% discount at Hotel Palace Sinaia applies only to the standard rate of the double room and does not include local taxes or additional services.
  • The Romantic Package at Pensiunea La Cetate is valid exclusively on weekends, and the code "ROMANCE25" can be used only once per reservation.
  • The family offer at Complexul Turistic Delta includes free accommodation for children only in the same room as their parents, without an extra bed.

2. Validity and Application of Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are generated by partners and have a limited usage duration. Couponshotels does not guarantee their permanent availability and recommends checking the terms before finalizing the reservation.

  • Codes are automatically applied at checkout only if the offer is still active and meets the minimum stay conditions.
  • If a code is no longer valid, the user will be notified during the reservation process without any payment being made.
